The Federal Financial Accounting Advisory Specialist will serve as a member of a large project team and will support the client's financial improvement and audit compliance goals through a variety of work streams. The team member will have a strong background in performing audits of Federal agencies, including drafting work papers/NFRs, developing audit test plans, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating internal controls.  The team member will be required to possess a working knowledge of financial reporting business processes, DoD accounting or auditing, internal controls, and financial management systems in support of our clients' efforts to produce auditable financial statements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
5 years of experience in one or more of the following capabilities: federal accounting and/or auditing; federal financial statement audits; audit/internal controls testing
5 years of experience performing financial statement audits on Federal agencies
