The Federal Financial Management Associate Manager will serve as a member of a large project team supporting the client's financial improvement and audit readiness efforts for mission critical assets.  Specifically this individual will be overseeing the real property workstream.  The team member will be required to develop the client's real property strategy for achieving audit readiness, and monitor execution and performance of the underlying audit objectives.  This individual must have a deep understanding of federal accounting requirements to identify and document client audit risks, and help guide remediation of corrective actions.  Additionally, they will directly interface with client (OSD and DON) leadership on a daily basis to keep them informed on all relevant matters, and provide subject matter expertise on the real property asset lifecycle, overarching policy, and financial reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 7 years experience serving in an advisory capacity in one or more of the following capabilities: federal accounting and/or auditing, federal financial statement audits, audit/internal controls testing
Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
Minimum 5 years of Federal Government Accounting and/or Auditing experience
Minimum 2 years experience accounting and/or auditing for real property
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
